Build your Merlin Magix System by starting with the Merlin Magix Control Unit.  The control unit includes:

Merlin Magix Basic Carrier Unit w/Power Supply

• Has six slots to accommodate line and station modules (the first slot must be reserved for the Processor)

Merlin Magix Processor

• Provides the backbone for the Merlin Magix system
• Comes with its own power supply

Merlin Magix WinSPM

• Designed to help Merlin Magix system managers do their jobs more easily
• Provides convenient access to current system information
• Provides the ability to make comprehensive, real-time programming changes from a PC interface
• Also provides centralized programming of multiple Merlin Magix systems located at different sites
• Provides point-and-click control via WinSPM's familiar graphical user interface, to help your business set up and use your Merlin Magix system to maximum advantage
• Provides an interface to connect you with online help via an Internet browser. This interface supports up to four programmable hyperlinks to the online resources that are most valuable to you and your business

Merlin Messaging (2-Port)

• 200 Mailboxes with 6000 Minutes (100 Hours) of Storage
  Configure up to 200 subscribers with up to 100 hours of total storage.

• Easy Administration
  Administer the Merlin Messaging Release 2.5 through a system display telephone (4424LD+ or MLX-20L) or through your LAN using a Windows based PC and easy to use administration software.
  
• Automated Attendant Service
  Provides 4 Automated Attendants which answer incoming lines and present callers with a list of options (i.e. "Press 1 for sales...Press 2 for technical...etc.").  Based on caller's input, they may be transferred to an extension, played an informational announcement, transferred to a voice mailbox, or presented with a submenu containing additional options.  The Automated Attendant Service can also detect and route fax calls.

• Voice Mail Service
  Allows subscribers to record and send messages, forward and reply to messages, listen to messages, return calls to internal callers, record their names and personal greetings, activate personal greetings, change their personal operators, change their passwords, set up outcalling, create personal group lists, change call answer mode of their mailbox, transfer to another extension, or designate message as priority, private, and/or request return receipt.   Also features auto copy, adjust message retrieval order,

• Call Answer Service
  Functions as a personal answering machine, allowing a caller to hear a personal greeting, switch to the alternate language if the system is configured in bilingual mode, leave a voice message, designate voice message as a priority or private message, transfer to an operator to another extension.
  
• Delay Announcement Service (DAS)
  Provides recorded delay announcements for callers when calls are in queue for selected DGC groups.
  
• Mailbox Management Made Simple
  Easily manage and administer your mailbox directly through a LAN connection and your PC's internet browser using Merlin Messaging's www.messenger software.
  
• Unified Messaging Application
  Enables mailbox users to integrate and manage voice mail and email messages using their PC's email client.  This application converts and delivers voicemail messages to an email server as an attached .WAV file.  This also allows users to work with their voice mail messages remotely in an email environment.

• Record-A-Call.  Allows a user at a multiline telephone to record an active conversation and store it as a voice file in the user's Merlin Messaging mailbox.  Feature is available for internal or external calls.  Can be used on conference calls.  Requires Merlin Magix Processor. TowerMax 8 CO Line Protector (CO8/110)

• Eight lines protected, S110D punchdown blocks on input and output side
